This is our first episode and we’re very excited!

The real estate market is confusing right now. With so many questions about credit reports, properties, down payments, maintenance, and the real estate market in general, we thought it would be nice if someone offered a free “behind the scenes” look inside the world of real estate.

So that’s our plan.

Each week we’ll provide you with information you can trust, while having fun along the way:

• Pat will discuss how he decides which homes to buy and what it will take to make them like new again.
• Ryan will take us behind the scenes during rehab projects, demolitions, and repairs.
• Jennie will get the guys together to discuss important tips and secrets to help you become and stay a successful home owner.
